User Agreement
Version 2026-11-02, last updated November 2, 2026. This is the agreement shown when you create an account.
By creating an account or using RVi, you agree that the software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any guarantee of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive, replicate, or access the source, structure, or functionality of RVi.
You agree not to hold Altuspath LLC liable for errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outages, defects, or other issues resulting from software behavior or software defects.
You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify inspection report accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before relying on, delivering, or sharing any report output.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for everything entered into your account, including your customers' names, contact details and addresses, inspection findings, photographs, signatures, invoices and expenses. You confirm that you have the right to enter that information and to tell your customers how you use it. You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give Altuspath LLC permission to store, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you and to the customers you choose to share it with (for example, to send an invoice or show a report to a customer). You are responsible for the people you add to your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Subscription and billing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, and RVi does not store full card numbers. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of the app. After you cancel, your account stays fully available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Closing your account
The account owner can close the account at any time from the Account page. Closing stops your subscription at the end of the period you have paid for, and the account keeps working normally until then. When the account closes, you and your team can no longer open it, and the report, invoice and contract links you have shared with customers stop working. For 90 days after it closes you can sign in, download a copy of your data and reopen the account. After those 90 days, everything in the account is permanently erased and cannot be recovered, including customers, inspections, photographs, reports, invoices and expenses. It is your responsibility to download anything you need before then.
What we keep after erasure
After erasure we keep only: (a) a record that the account was closed, with its dates, any reason you gave and an irreversible fingerprint of your email address; (b) a de-identified record of charges, credits and payments, showing amounts, dates and payment reference numbers but no names, contact details or customer information, which we keep for 7 years for tax and audit purposes; and (c) records that Stripe and our other service providers keep under their own policies and legal obligations. Copies of erased data held in our routine backups are removed as those backups expire.
Privacy
How we collect, use, share and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://altuspath.com/privacy.html, which is part of this agreement.
